How can you use it?
Use it wet hair, detangled hair. Part hair into 2-4 sections. Apply product evenly, being sure to cover all of your hair. Let sit for 30 minutes.
How I use it
I have long, coarse and tight curls. Between my coarse texture and being a Queenslander, my curls dry out easily and even can become brittle. I absolutely LOVE this DC because it transforms my dry hair and brittle curls completely.
When using this deep conditioner, I like to clarify beforehand to give my curls a complete reset. Alikay Naturals Caribbean Coconut Milk Shampoo is convenient and does a good job at clarifying my curls without adding to their dryness. Once I’m out of the shower, I rake a generous amount of this DC through my hair. I allow this to sit for a little over 30 minutes.
Once it’s sat for 30 minutes, I rinse it out. Since this mask gives a major boost of hydration, I like to take advantage of it and style my hair using only Flora & Curl Sweet Hibiscus Curl Defining Gel. I do this to get a super voluminous look. I can only get away with using just a gel to style after using this deep conditioner thanks to it’s lasting softness and definition boost.
