Product description, advice and images are provided based off manufacturers information. We can only advise but cannot guarantee results. If feel as though a product is not working the way it should, here are some things to consider: water quality, lifestyle factors, other products used, your hair's history, diet, hormones & genetics.

Delivery
We are not liable for orders that are stolen or lost in transit.
If a product arrives damaged at manufacturer's error, please contact us with photos.
Import duty
For orders shipped outside of Australia, import duties must be handled by the customer.
Next day dispatch
Most orders are dispatched next day. Exclusions occur based on order / stock status.
Labels and photos
While we do our best to keep photos up to date, sometimes brands will make minor changes to packaging and labels. The photos on our website might not always reflect these changes instantly, however, it is still the same product being sold and sent. Display and brightness can also impact the look of photos, so please bear in mind that colours can vary from what you see on your screen.
