It did a really good job at defining my hair but it was a bit drying for the damaged roots at the top of my hair. I have low porosity hair so maybe i used too much product but other than that i would recommend
I have wavy hair and this + mousse has been by far my favourite combination. The bottle lasts a long time and feels very worth it.

I would highly recommend this gel to anyone with curly hair. I have tried numerous top brand products and nothing can compare. Do not waste your money on other products. Buy this ASAP. You will not regret it. My curls look awesome. I don’t have that crunchy curl. It’s a nice soft curl with no frizz. My daughter just started using this gel and she fell in love with it. The scent is amazing but doesn't overwhelm you! And it definitely doesn't weigh down my 2b-3a hair. It takes awhile to figure how to accurately use the gel. It can cause some flash drying so make sure you have a water sprayer on hand when styling and don't overuse the product. A little goes a long way. Once you get the hang of it, it's such a wonderful product to use! Goes well with either the leave in or the cream!
I’m in love with this light cream gel! It leaves my hair amazing and effortlessly bouncy and airy soft! I applied the avocado rose oil cream for extra softness! Where have you been my whole life! I don’t have tight curls! I have soft bouncy curls (not wavy), and this is by far the best product I have used! I love the scent and bring out more hair scents. Yummy!

Always had issues with my curls not staying the way I liked it , the frizz was horrible no matter what I did. Until I tried the light hold cream gel , my curls are nice and stay the way I want it to. I highly recommend this product
I have bought this creme gel several times now! It leaves my hair looking and feeling soft. It doesn’t weigh down AT ALL. I will even refresh my look with this to remove a little frizz on non wash days.

I love how this product looks and feels on my hair! I have lots of fine, colour-treated hair with a somewhat random wave pattern. The light hold creme gel gives my waves body, separation, and definition and helps hold my curl/wave pattern until I brush it out. Best product ever - I've never found anything else like it.
The Light Hold Creme Gel, in combination with The Clump and Define Cream, is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It gives the perfect amount of hold without being sticky or weighing my hair down. I love this gel. It applies the best for me on wet hair (not damp, or else my hair tends to frizz) . I notice that my hair definitely has so much more longevity when I use this gel. I can get away with no refresh when I use enough. I will be buying this gel for the rest of my life !!

I love that’s it’s so lightweight but still gives me the hold i need. my hair is wavy/curly and thin so i definitely need the extra hold and this gives me that! and to top it all off the packaging is cute lol and it smells like lollies! love it!
I've experimented with many gels and haven't really found the perfect one. I was hesitant to try a new one, but so happy I tried this. I have highly porous hair, so using a leave-in conditioner is key when using this gel. I love that I can have defined and soft curls(and no crunch) with this gel.

I’m not very well versed in using gels but I like this one. It’s just been taking me a few tries to figure out how to best apply it for my hair. I used too much the first time and my hair was very dry until my next wash day. I definitely need to apply a moisturising product underneath it, like a leave in or curl defining cream. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed it. No overly strong scent, residue, or flakes. A little goes a very long way. If you’re having trouble like I did, try adding more water to your hair before applying, or more a moisturising product beforehand. My hair is partially lightened and grows densely, but each strand is very thin and wavy so finding the right product balance is always a challenge for me. Definitely give it a try!
