Conditioner: Apply to wet hair after shampooing/cleansing the hair. Part the hair into sections and distribute evenly. Finger/brush detangle from ends to root. Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse.

Deep Treatment: Apply a generous amount of JSL Essentials Heavy Duty Conditioner to wet or damp hair after shampooing/cleansing the hair. Part the hair into sections and distribute evenly. Finger/brush detangle from ends to root. Place a plastic cap over hair and leave on for 10-15 minutes (fine hair), 25-30 minutes (coarse hair). Rinse thoroughly with warm water, followed by cool water to lock in all the moisture.

Intense Deep Treatment: After placing a plastic cap over hair, sit under a hooded dryer or hair steamer for 15-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, followed by cool water to lock in all the moisture.

For best results, use JSL Essentials Heavy Duty Conditioner 1-2 times a week.
