How to use

Pre-Poo / Pre-Cleansing Treatment: Add 4-8 drops to your favourite conditioner, hot oil treatment or pre-wash treatment. Cleansing: Give your cleanser a protein boost by adding 4-8 drops to your favourite cleanser.

Conditioning: Add 4-8 drops to your favourite conditioner, apply to the hair and let sit for a few minutes before rinsing and styling as usual

Deep Protein Treatment: Add 4-8 drops to your Deep Conditioner, apply to the hair and follow the directions for your Deep Conditioner (rinse out time etc). Rinse & style as usual.

Leave In Conditioner: Add 3-6 drops to your leave in conditioner, curl cream or cream styler. Apply to hair and style/dry as usual.

Styler/Gel: Add 3-6 drops to your gel, foam or mousse. Style & Dry as usual.

SOTC/Scrunch Out The Crunch Aid: Apply 1-2 drops to your hands, emulsify well. Don't be alarmed if it foams a little! Glaze over your hair and scrunch to remove any cast/crunch left from styling.

Refresh: Emulsify 1-2 drops of Just Like Betty Protein in your palms. Can be emulsified with water if you are adding water to your hair to refresh. Glaze over your hair and scrunch upwards. Style/dry as usual.
