Can be used daily if you want to freshen your hair in between shampooing . Apply a generous amount on your scalp and to the lengths of your hair. Massage your scalp and leave it on for at least 1-2 minutes for the tingling sensation. Then rinse out. If you have the time leave it on for 5-10 minutes for a moisturising quick treatment and and increase of blood circulation.
