We believe in curl positivity and don’t want anyone to feel like they have to use a product simply because they bought it. To qualify for our money back guarantee, you must:
1. Contact us and explain the issue
2. We will provide advice on how to fix it
3. If you still aren’t happy with your results, send it back and we’ll process a full refund of the product cost
Our money back guarantee is only valid 7 days post delivery date. Excludes sale or discounted items. A $15 restocking fee applies. This will be deducted from your refund. We charge this to cover shipping, packaging and labour costs on our part. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send back.
Our Curl Promise only applies to hair product and not to accessories (such as but not limited to) bonnets, brushes, clips, pillowcases and scrunchies (due to sanitary reasons).
If you wish to exchange the product for another, it is your responsibility to ship it to us and to pay $9.95 shipping fee to have the replacement sent to you. It is also your responsibility to provide your order number in the shipment.

We will refund the full value of returned product(s), or exchange it for items to the same value.
