Aloe Vera: Moisturises and conditions hair. It smoothes each hair cuticle by coating it to seal moisture in. Strengthens cortex of damaged hair to promote healthy hair.
Can you use it on its own?
If you can use this as a one-and-done depends on your hair type. If you have wavy hair, you might be able to use this on its own.

How I use it
I have long, coarse and tight curls. I love this because it helps to give my hair more moisture - which is something my curls really can't get enough of!
Although it gives me extra moisture, I still need to use a hydrating product underneath. I typically like to use a leave-in conditioner since they give my curls much needed moisture. Flora & Curl Rose Water & Honey Leave-in Detangler is my current favourite.
